Q and Not U was a small band from Washington D.C. with a modest catalog of albums. Although all of them deserve a listen, it was their final album in 2004 that should not be forgotten. "Power" offers 13 raucous and energetic songs with catchy hooks and is packed into 39 minutes of listening bliss.
